基于数据挖掘探讨包剑锋教授诊治慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化用药规律
Medication Rule of Bao Jianfeng in Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosisa Study Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective Based on data mining technology,the medical records of Professor Bao Jianfeng in the treatment of liver fibrosis were analyzed,and the medication characteristics and prescription rules in the treatment of liver fibrosis were discussed.Methods We collected 116 prescriptions of Professor Bao's herbal medicine for liver fibrosis and used Microsoft Excel 2019 to analyze the frequency of herbs and their properties.We used the Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler 18.0 to conduct drug association analysis and complex network analysis of the constituent drugs,and visualized the results using Cytoscape 3.13.Finally,we used SPSS Statistic 27.0 to conduct systematic clustering analysis to seek high-frequency drug combinations.Results A total of 116 prescriptions were included,involving 132 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The data mining study found that Professor Bao Jianfeng was good at invigorating the spleen,invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and promoting water infiltration and dampness.The medicinal properties of Professor Bao were more smooth,warm and cold,and the medicinal tastes were bitter,sweet and spicy.In addition,Professor Bao pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment,both attack and supplement,and the coordination of liver and spleen in the medication of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis,which may provide more traditional Chinese medicine ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Conclusion Professor Bao pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment,both attack and supplement,and the coordination of liver and spleen in the medication of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis,which may provide more traditional Chinese medicine ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.关键词
