基于CiteSpace的中医药防治消化性溃疡可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Prevention and Treatment of Peptic Ulcer with Chinese Medicine Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation,hot spots and development trend of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of peptic ulcer using knowledge graph.Methods CiteSpace was utilized to analyze the literature on the prevention and treatment of peptic ulcer with Chinese medicine,which was collected from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database and China Biomedical Literature Database from January 2014 to December 2023.Results A total of 2024 articles were obtained after searching.Research teams led by Song Houpan,Liu Qiquan and Zhao Dangsheng were established in this field.The research institutions primarily collaborate with regional entities,such as Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine;however,cross-regional cooperations are less common.The keywords with high intermediate centrality included TCM compounds,TCM syndrome types,etc.The research focus has gradually changed from the dialectical treatment of peptic ulcer and the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine to the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors.Conclusion There is a substantial body of research on the prevention and treatment of peptic ulcer using traditional Chinese medicine.The compatibility and mechanism of Chinese medicine preparations will be a significant focus of future research in this field.However,there are several issues,including limited scale and insufficient collaboration among authors.关键词
