摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the processing process of Zhu Ophiopogon japonicus and establish the quality standard of Zhu Ophiopogon japonicus decoction pieces.Methods On the basis of single factor investigation,the appearance traits,total saponin and mercury sulfide content were used as comprehensive evaluation indexes,and the optimal process parameters of water addition,soaking time and drying time were screened by L934 orthogonal test,and the processing process of Zhu Ophiopogon japonicus optimized.According to the optimal processing process of Zhu-maidong,8 batches of laboratory enlargement samples and 6 batches of pilot production samples were trial-produced to verify the feasibility of the processing process,and the appearance characteristics,identification,moisture,ash,extractables,total saponins and HgS mercury sulfide contents of 14 batches of Zhu Ophiopogon japonicus samples were systematically analyzed,and the quality standards of Zhu Ophiopogon japonicus decoction pieces were formulated.Results The best processing process was as follows:the best processing process was as follows:Ophiopogon japonicus was placed in a suitable container,evenly sprayed with 20%water,moistened for 15min,slowly added cinnabar according to the ratio of 50∶1 between Ophiopogon and cinnabar,stirred evenly while adding,and dried or dried below 40℃.Conclusion The quality standard of Zhu Ophiopogon japonicus is made.
