Integrated NC Cutting Experimental Teaching with Virtual Simulation and Machine Learning

Abstract
To address the limitations of NC cutting simulation experiments in"Emerging Engineering"education,this paper proposes an experimental teaching model that integrates virtual simulation with machine learning.Using VERICUT,an experimental environment is established.Taking a typical aviation,aerospace,and marine part—the helicopter dynamic ring—as an example,process parameters are formulated and simulation cutting experiments are designed.An experimental teaching system based on machine learning is developed,introducing cutting-edge machine learning methods focused on optimizing the machining parameters and schemes for the dynamic ring.By constructing a mapping between process data and machining parameters,experimental scheme improvements are explored,and the processing efficiency and quality enhancements of new schemes are evaluated.The new model proposed in this paper,which integrates experimental teaching,cutting-edge methods,and engineering needs,breaks through the limitations of traditional NC simulation teaching.It deepens students'understanding of the cutting process,and cultivates their engineering capabilities and interdisciplinary thinking,meeting the talent cultivation requirements of"Emerging Engineering Education".关键词
