Research on Integrated Passenger Transfer Travel Services in Comprehensive Transportation Hubs for Railway Passenger Transport

Abstract
To enhance the intelligent and convenient service level and improve the efficiency of transfer connections of passenger travel in comprehensive transportation hubs,it is necessary to conduct research on integrated passenger transfer travel services.The demands for integrated passenger transfer travel in comprehensive transportation hubs were analyzed.An integrated passenger travel service framework covering the data layer,technical layer,business layer,and presentation layer was proposed.A digital foundation was constructed,and application scenarios were designed,including data sharing and integration,transfer guidance,integrated positioning and navigation,and multi-mode integrated gate.Integrated indoor-outdoor positioning and navigation application of the hubs and multi-mode integrated hub gate system were validated.For integrated indoor-outdoor positioning and navigation application of hubs,trials at hub stations such as Beijingnan Station,Beijingxi Station,and Shanghai Hongqiao Station provided passengers with integrated indoor-outdoor transfer guidance in hubs and full-journey route planning.The accuracy of the estimated taxi waiting time for railway arrivals at Beijingxi Station transferring to South Square was verified,offering decision-making support for passengers choosing different transfer tools.For the multi-mode integrated gate system,it is being piloted at the entrances of the Beijingxi Station and Zhongcang Station of the Beijing Suburban Railway Line Sub-center,achieving the integration of ticket validation and checking services between national railway and Beijing Suburban Railway Line Sub-center.This study provides a practical reference for research on integrated passenger transfer in comprehensive transportation hubs.关键词
