Innovative practice of a dual-teacher instructional model in the course of clinical applied anatomy for postgraduates
摘要
Abstract
This study explores the innovative practice of a dual-teacher instructional model in the course of clinical applied anatomy for postgraduates from the perspective of basic-clinical medicine integration.Through theoretical reconstruction, the authors proposed a"two-way mapping of knowledge graphs"and a three-dimensional role model of"guided learning, guided thinking, and guided practice"to achieve the deep integration of anatomy and clinical medicine.Utilizing digital technologies such as virtual anatomy plat-forms and three-dimensional reconstruction of clinical cases, teachers can construct interactive teaching scenarios combining virtual and real elements to enhance the cultivation of clinical thinking. The authors established a dynamic multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism, including a stepwise assessment system centered on clinical competency and a growth portfolio of dual-teacher joint evalu-ation.Years of teaching practice have showed that this model effectively addresses the disconnection between basic sciences and clini-cal practice inherent in traditional teaching, significantly improving postgraduates' capabilities in clinical application and innovation. The model integrates dual-teacher collaboration, technology empowerment, and evaluation reform;it provides a feasible innovative paradigm for the teaching of medical postgraduates and it is of significant practical value for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.关键词
