Cost-Resilience Co-Optimization of Port Collection and Distribution Networks Considering Node Failures
摘要
Abstract
To ensure the efficient operational capability of the port collection and distribution network under node failure scenarios,a cost-resilience dual-objective optimization model considering node failures was constructed.A bi-level genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model.An empirical analysis was conducted using data from the Yangtze River Delta port cluster.The results are as follows.① Compared with models without considering node failures and resilience,this model has seen an increase by only 2%~5%in the total cost,while a rise by 77%~162%in the network resilience.Additionally,the model demonstrates a superior regional balance and risk-buffering capacity.② A diminishing marginal return exists in the enhancement of resilience in the port collection and distribution network.Decision-makers should pursue robust network construction solutions with optimal cost-effectiveness.③ Compared with models without considering node failures and resilience,the port collection and distribution structure derived from this model features a balanced development across multiple transportation modes,demonstrating greater robustness and flexibility in uncertain environments.关键词
