Construction and practice of the education model of research-teaching-medicine collaboration in the course of pharmacology

Abstract
Higher requirements have been put forward for medical education in the new era,and the traditional teaching of pharma-cology faces significant challenges due to the"disconnection between basic medicine and clinical practice"and the"separation of teaching from research".This paper aims to construct a systematic reform plan for pharmacology teaching,guided by the educational philosophy of"research-teaching-medicine"collaboration.The authors begin with an in-depth analysis of the three-fold practical dilemma in the teaching of pharmacology:cognitive construction,curriculum coherence,and teaching mode.Subsequently,they propose a reform pathway,a multi-dimensional evaluation system,and a continuous improvement mechanism to guarantee the smooth implementation.The teaching reform is centered on the closed loop of"clinical demand-driven inquiry,laboratory research break-throughs,and classroom knowledge internalization",and it is supported by three pillars of graded research training,an integrated teaching team,and the database of authentic clinical cases.Practice has shown that this model can effectively promote the transforma-tion of research resources into teaching effectiveness and translate clinical needs into research topics,thereby forming a virtuous cycle of"teaching promotes research,research strengthens clinical practice,and clinical practice feeds back into teaching".This teaching reform provides a practical framework worthy of reference for the cultivation of interdisciplinary and innovative medical talents.关键词
