宋虎杰主任医师经验方解郁安神汤治疗出血性卒中后抑郁临床随机对照研究
A Controlled Clinical Study of Chief Physician Song Hujie's Experience Prescription Jieyu Anshen Decoction in the Treatment of Post-hemorrhagic Stroke Depression(Invited by Fan Xiaoxuan)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chief Physician Song Hujie's experience in the treatment of post-stroke depression and the improvement of quality of life and cognitive function.Methods A total of 32 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy from January 2024 to De-cember 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 16 ca-ses in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with the experience prescription of Chief Physician Song Hujie Jieyu Anshen decoction for 4 weeks.The HAMD scale,HAMA scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),ADL Rating Scale,Ad-verse Reaction Scale(TESS)and NIHSS rating scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The scores of HAMD,HAMA,PSQI,NIHSS,and TESS in the two groups were reduced after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.The MMSE score and ADL score in the treatment group were slightly higher than those in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Chief Physician Song Hujie's experience Fang Jieyu Anshen decoction can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients with post-hemorrhagic stroke depression,improve daily living ability,improve neurological function,and improve night sleep quality,without obvious side effects,and has higher safety.关键词
