Director Yang Yaofeng's Clinical Experience in Treating Post-Stroke Dysphagia with Stomach-Regulating and Rebellious-Qi-Downbearing Method
摘要
Abstract
To summarize the experience of Director Yang Yaofeng in the treatment of swallowing disorder after cerebral hemorrhage with Hewei descending inverse method.According to the clinical manifestations of dysphagia,cough in drinking water and dysarticulation,combined with the cause of qi and blood reversal in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,it is con-sidered that the liver and stomach disharmony and stomach qi reversal are the important pathogenesis of swallowing disorder after cerebral hemorrhage.Starting from the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine,and the stomach to reduce the inverse as the treatment method,often with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction to ease the liver and stomach to reduce the inverse,Pingwei Tiaoqi drink to strengthen the spleen and stomach to reduce the inverse,Chaiqin Wendan decoction to clear the gallbladder and stomach to reduce the inverse,according to the prescription medication,every good effect.关键词
