王晓峰教授运用中医经鼻开窍疗法治疗脑出血后意识障碍的经验探析
An analysis of Professor Wang Xiaofeng's experience in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat consciousness disorder after cerebral hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Disorder of consciousness after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a clinical severe condition,challenging to treat,and often with poor prognosis.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of"the nose connecting to the brain"and combined with modern medical understanding of the nasal-brain pathway,Professor Wang Xiaofeng's team has gradually developed a comprehensive TCM diagnostic and therapeutic system for opening orifices through the nose after years of practice.This article aims to systematically summarize the key experiences of the team in theoretical construction,prescription development,technological innovation,and clinical application,focusing on the core pathogenesis of"phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifices,and clear yang failing to ascend",the therapeutic principle of"eliminating phlegm and resolving blood stasis,ascending clear yang to open orifices",as well as the core prescription"Xingnao Tongqiao Prescrip-tion"and supporting medication techniques created based on this principle.Clinical observations indicate that this therapy is relatively fast-acting and highly targeted,providing a noteworthy external treatment option for moderate to severe disorders of consciousness after ICH,especially for early-stage patients,and offering a reference for related clinical and research work.关键词
