基于知识图谱探讨国医大师治疗脑出血学术经验的可视化研究
Exploring the visualization of academic experience of national medical masters in treating cerebral hemorrhage based on knowledge graphs

Abstract
Objective The purpose of this paper is to use knowledge mapping technology to deeply analyze the ideas and characteristics of masters of Chinese medicine in treating cerebral hemorrhage.By constructing a knowledge map and in-tegrating clinical data and theoretical knowledge related to cerebral hemorrhage,the paper comprehensively presents the es-sence of the masters of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of their understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,identification and treatment,and characteristics of the use of medication,so as to provide a reference for the re-search and practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,and to promote the inheritance and development of traditional medicine in the modern medical environment.Methods China Academic Journal Full Text Database,Wanfang Database,Wipu Database,China Biomedical Literature Database were searched,and manual search was performed for monographs,guidelines and other works containing the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage by masters of Chinese medicine,such as"Masters of Guomedical Examination and Case and Good Prescription","Certificate and Treatment of Difficult Diseases","Masters of Guomedical Examination and Treatment of Difficult Diseases","Stroke",and other works containing masters of Chinese medicine.SPSS Modeler was used for matrix co-occurrence,Aprior modeling was used,and finally Gephi was used for visualization and analysis.Results Eighteen documents and four books were included,involving 44 symptoms,22 tongue and pulse,19 treatments and 122 Chinese medicines,and the knowledge maps of symptoms,tongue and pulse,treatments,and prescriptions of cerebral hemorrhage treated by masters of national medicine were constructed,re-spectively.Through the search of the atlas,it was found that limb loss,headache,dry stools,dizziness,speech impediment,vomiting,phlegm sounding in the throat,lack of concentration,loss of concentration and insomnia were the common clinical symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage,and the common tongue and pulse symptoms were:slow pulse,stringy pulse,slippery pulse,red and reddish-red tongue,yellowish moss,thin moss,fine moss,greasy moss,purplish tongue,and ecchymosis.The common treatments were:resolving phlegm,invigorating blood circulation,opening the orifices,eliminating blood stasis,pro-moting circulation of the bowels,pacifying the liver,awakening the mind,and clearing away heat,and the common traditional Chinese medicines were Calamus calamus,19 treatments and 122 traditional Chinese medicines.Commonly used Chinese herbs are calamus,shengdi huang,dirong,hyssop,chuanxiong,chuanxiong,gallnut,red peony,peach kernel,leech,and rhu-barb.Conclusion Based on knowledge mapping,we have explored the thinking and characteristics of the national medical masters in treating cerebral hemorrhage,and comprehensively demonstrated their rich experience and unique insights,as well as their etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment and medication methods,which provide examples for Chinese medicine treatment.Knowledge mapping allows complex knowledge to be visualized and structured,providing new ideas for research and clinical practice,and in the future,the essence of traditional medicine will be deeply excavated to expand the scope of knowledge mapping applications.关键词
