基于中医体质理论探讨脑出血的精准预防
Precision Prevention of Intracerebral Hemorrhage Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Theory

Abstract
Intracerebral Hemorrhage(ICH)features high mortality and disability rates,and clinical prevention is plagued by insufficient precision and individualization.Rooted in the concept of preventive treatment of disease,the Theory of Constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)aligns with the notion of treatment tailored to the individual in preci-sion medicine and has been proven closely associated with ICH risk.Its mechanism of interaction between internal and ex-ternal"wind"lays a theoretical foundation for the precise prevention of ICH.Precision prevention strategies based on this theory include screening high-risk groups through constitution identification,developing risk prediction models incorporating constitutional factors,implementing personalized early warning and protection by combining constitution with meteorological factors,and conducting source interventions targeting high-risk constitutions.Current research faces challenges such as inad-equate objectification of constitutional classification,superficial mechanistic studies,and delayed clinical translation.Future efforts should focus on advancing the standardization of constitution identification,deepening mechanistic research,strength-ening clinical translation,and establishing an integrated TCM-Western medicine prevention system.The TCM Constitution Theory provides a unique framework for the precise prevention of ICH,and in-depth research will help achieve the goals of preventing disease before its onset and halting its progression after onset,thereby reducing the disease burden of ICH.关键词
