Application of health-promoting behavior education based on Internet platform in the daily life of liver cancer patients outside the hospital

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of health-promoting behavior education based on Internet platforms in the daily life of liver cancer patients outside the hospital.Methods:A total of 105 liver cancer patients who visited a tertiary Grade A hospital in Shanxi province from October 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an test group by using a random number table method.The control group was received conventional nursing care and outpatient guidance.The test group received health-promoting behavior education based on internet platform in addition to the control group's interventions.The self-management ability,general self-efficacy,quality of life,cancer-related fatigue,physical activity,and sleep duration were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the general self-efficacy,self-management ability,quality of life,cancer-related fatigue,and physical activity of the test group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Health-promotion behavior education based on Internet platform could improve the self-management ability,general self-efficacy,quality of life,and physical activity of liver cancer patients in their daily life outside hospital,and alleviate cancer-related fatigue of patients.关键词
