Research on the coupling coordination and spatial relationship between the allocation of nursing human resources allocation and economic development level in China

Abstract
Objective:To explore the coupling coordination relationship and spatial distribution status between the nursing human resources allocation and the economic development level in China,and to provide reference basis for promoting the coordinated development of nursing human resource allocation and economic level.Methods:The entropy method and coupling coordination degree model were used to study the allocation of nursing human resources,economic development level and coupling coordination degree in China.The spatial autocorrelation method was used to study the spatial layout and changing trend of the coupling coordination degree in 2019 and 2023.Results:There were significant regional differences in the allocation of nursing human resources and economic development level in China.The average coupling coordination degree of the two systems was in the stage of approaching imbalance.There was a spatial aggregation phenomenon in the coupling coordination degree,and the Moran's I index increased over time,with the degree of aggregation continuously deepening.The local aggregation presented a spatial pattern of"high in the east and low in the west".Conclusions:The coupling and coordination degree of nursing human resources allocation and economic development in our country is not high and there are obvious regional differences.Therefore,each province should scientifically plan the plan of nursing human resources based on its own economic situation and regional medical needs,and promote the coordinated development of economic level and the nursing human resources allocation in a coordinated manner.关键词
