"Dual intelligence"-driven exploration and practice of comprehensive design experiments of replication of laboratory animal models for human diseases

Abstract
Medical research studies the mechanisms of human disease occurrence and development,and laboratory animals have made significant contributions to human health and scientific progress.Under the background of first-class course construction,the authors identified problems with the use of experimental animals in integrated experimental teaching of basic medicine,and then they developed"virtual simulation comprehensive design experiments of replication of laboratory animal models for human diseases",driven by"virtual simulation+AI".A"three-stage"teaching model was adopted to enhance the safety,engagement,and efficiency in learn-ing.They reduce the number of experimental animals used and minimize harm to animals,integrating ideological and political education into experimental teaching.Thinking training and practical training are strengthened;and an achievement chain has been formed from project development to teaching practice and from course construction to competition awards,improving teaching efficiency and quality simultaneously.关键词
