摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of cognitive nursing guided by Roy adaptation theory on the mood and self-care ability of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent uterine fibroid surgery in Xuzhou Central Hospital from October 2023 to February 2025 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received cognitive nursing guided by Roy adaptation theory on the basis of the control group. The disease knowledge mastery,mood(Connor-Davidson resilience scale[CD-RISC]),self-care ability(general self-efficacy scale[GSES]),and quality of life(the uterine fibroid symptom and health-related quality of life questionnaire[UFS-QOL])of the two groups were compared. Results The disease knowledge mastery rate of the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of CD-RISC(resilience,strength,and optimism)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of UFS-QOL(activity limitation,energy/mood,self-concern,disease concern, life control, and sexual function)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive nursing guided by Roy adaptation theory can effectively improve the disease knowledge mastery of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery, improve their mood, enhance their self-care ability, and improve their quality of life.关键词
