Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous precision nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods According to the random number table method,100 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Taixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2025 were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group received continuous precision nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in addition to the control group.The psychological resilience,negative emotions,self-care ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Connor-Davidson resilience scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the Hamilton anxiety rating scale and 17-item Hamilton depression rating scale scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the exercise of self-care agency scale and item short-form health survey-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous precision nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can improve the psychological resilience of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,alleviate negative emotions,enhance self-care ability and quality of life.关键词
