Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of group nursing intervention based on the psychological capital intervention model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Gansu Province and Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-Care Hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(60 cases)received traditional psychological nursing,while the experimental group(60 cases)received group nursing based on the psychological capital intervention model on the basis of the control group.The glycometabolism indicators,positive psychological capital scores,quality of life scores,and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-efficacy,optimism,hope,resilience and the total score of positive psychological capital in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social relationship,therapeutic effect and total score of quality of life in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of group nursing based on the psychological capital intervention model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can regulate glycometabolism indicators,improve the level of positive psychological capital and quality of life.关键词
