Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in patient controlled analgesia after cesarean section under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.Methods Eighty postpartum women who underwent patient controlled analgesia after cesarean section under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in Anshun Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high quality nursing service on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative pain level,rehabilitation indicators,sleep quality,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative pain level,rehabilitation indicators,sleep quality,and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,the application of high quality nursing service in postpartum women who underwent patient controlled analgesia after cesarean section under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia has a significant effect,which can alleviate postoperative pain,promote recovery,improve sleep quality,and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
