福州乡村养老服务体系建设的挑战与对策分析
Analysis on the Challenges and Countermeasures of the Construction of Rural Elderly Care Service System in Fuzhou

Abstract
[Objective/Meaning]The construction of rural elderly care service system is an important measure to actively respond to the aging of the population and solve the problem of elderly care in rural areas.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of rural elderly care system in Fuzhou,this study aims to provide reference for improving the rural elderly care service system in Fuzhou and provide ideas for filling the shortcomings of rural elderly care service.[Methods/Procedures]By using the methods of combining literature research and field investigation,the current situation,effectiveness and challenges of rural elderly care service system in Fuzhou were analyzed.[Results/Conclusions]The study found that the current construction of the rural pension system in Fuzhou has achieved remarkable results,but there were some challenges existed in the differences in township construction,rural elderly care service facilities,elderly meal service,intelligent elderly care,rural mutual elderly care,rural elderly care talent training,elderly care service supervision,and the ability of the elderly to participate in society.Based on this,the following countermeasures were put forward including promoting the integrated development of urban and rural elderly care services to promote the resource flow and sharing,integrating the resources of pension services to deepen the supply of the combination of medical and health care;exploring the elderly meal service according to local conditions to give full play to the multiple functions of the elderly canteen;continuing to promote the digital intelligence pension to create a new model of intelligent Rongcheng;stimulating the endogenous power of rural elderly care to vigorously develop the rural mutual support for the aged;vigorously cultivating the rural elderly care service talents to improve the supervision system of elderly care service,and broadening the channels of social participation of the elderly.关键词
