Abstract

To accurately identify the market demand characteristics of instant delivery by high speed railways and comprehensively enhance its market competitiveness and service level,user tags were designed based on relevant user order data for instant delivery by high speed railways.User profiles were constructed by comprehensively applying multivariate statistical methods such as data visualization and cluster analysis.Users'basic attributes were analyzed from dimensions including age structure and spatio-temporal characteristics,and user selection preferences were deeply explored.Furthermore,user groups were clustered into six categories to analyze user product characteristics.Combined with user feedback and evaluations,product pain points were identified,such as insufficient transportation guarantee,inadequate service system adaptability,imperfect service system,and low brand awareness.Development strategies including optimizing transportation resource allocation,differentiated product design,strengthening service system functions,and enhancing brand construction were proposed to provide a reference for the sustainable development of instant delivery products by high speed railways.
