Capacity of Receiving and Unloading System in Heavy-Haul Railway Port Station

Abstract
To accurately assess the capacity of the receiving and unloading system in the heavy-haul railway port station,the research divided the system into three parts according to the technical operation process of the port station:the arrival subsystem,the transfer subsystem,and the unloading subsystem,which together constituted a three-stage tandem queuing system.The distribution law of the traffic flow and service flow in each subsystem was analyzed,and a queuing model was built using queuing theory.By studying the system capacity under the influence of unbalanced operating time and the interaction of the previous and next operating links,the parameters and queuing indicators of each subsystem were calculated.Finally,taking Shengang Station as an example,the parameters and indicators were determined using the proposed model.Its capacity was calculated and bottlenecks were analyzed.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the capacity optimization of the receiving and unloading system in the heavy-haul railway port station.关键词
