添食法制备的改性蚕丝用于热粘结复合膜的制备及其性能
Preparation and properties of feeding-modified silk-based hot-melt bonding composite membranes

Abstract
Natural fibers,such as silk and cotton,have many advantages.They are widely available biodegradable,and comfortable.These fibers play an important role in traditional textiles and clothing industries.However,with technological advances and increasing societal demands,pure natural fibers struggle to meet performance requirements in some fields.Currently,research on composite modification of nanofibrous membranes and natural fibers is a key direction in materials science. This study modifies silk fibers by feeding silkworms with cinnamic acid and TiO2 NPs.TiO2 NPs are semiconductor nanomaterials.They have a high surface-area-to-volume ratio,resistance,high stability,and low toxicity.Cinnamic acid is an organic compound.It offers UV protection,low toxicity,and good stability.PU nanofibrous membranes are prepared using electrospinning.A thermal bonding method bonds the PU and SF.Microscopic analysis shows that heating causes bonding between PU fibers and at the PU and SF interface.This creates a tighter structure.As a result,the composite membrane can bear greater loads during stretching,improving tensile strength.Infrared spectroscopy tests compare modified SF with untreated SF.No new absorption peaks appear indicating no major structural changes.Peak fitting analysis reveals that TiO2 NPs slightly inhibit β-sheet formation.This increases the proportion of random coils and disordered structures,enhancing flexibility.In contrast,cinnamic acid promotes β-sheet stacking,improving crystallinity and mechanical properties.Both additives adjust the secondary structure of SF,enabling targeted optimization of performance and functionality.UV performance tests show that modified SF with cinnamic acid and TiO2 NPs has better UV protection.When the composite membrane has SF with cinnamic acid)on top and PU nanofibers at the bottom,its UV protection factor is much higher than the reverse arrangement.The transmission rates of UVA and UVB are also lower.This proves that SF(with cinnamic acid significantly improves UV shielding.This study successfully bonds PU nanofiber membranes with SF,enhancing mechanical properties.It also confirms the UV protection advantages of modified SF. The findings provide a solid theoretical and experimental foundation for developing high-performance materials especially in UV protection applications.关键词
