Abstract
Liquid disperse dyes have become a research hotspot in recent years,primarily because they offer significant advantages over powder disperse dyes,including higher utilization efficiency of disperse dyes,lower production costs,and a more energy-saving and environmentally friendly production process.However,existing liquid disperse dyes still exhibit notable shortcomings:they are prone to particle size coarsening or even sedimentation during storage or transportation,ultimately leading to uneven dyeing of fabrics.Therefore,optimizing the formulation of liquid disperse dyes is a critical step in the preparation of high-performance liquid disperse dyes. To develop high-performance liquid disperse dyes,this study took high-washing-fastness powder disperse black WECT 300%as the benchmark sample.By employing liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)for in-depth analysis of its disperse dye components,the research further optimized the dye components and screened dispersants,thereby carrying out corresponding studies on liquid disperse dyes.Initially,a liquid dispersant 510 with excellent dispersion performance was selected from six types of dispersants.Subsequently,using this dispersant as a key auxiliary agent,seven liquid disperse dyes(D1—D7)were prepared.Among them,D1,D4 D5,D6,and D7 were blended in specific proportions to produce the high-washing-fastness liquid disperse black TWF-H 300%.For the liquid disperse dyes prepared as described above,physicochemical property tests were conducted,including measurements of average particle size,apparent viscosity,dispersibility,and stability.Finally,a systematic comparison was made between the dyeing performance of high-washing-fastness liquid disperse black TWF-H 300%and high-washing-fastness powder disperse black WECT 300%in the dip-dyeing of polyester-spandex fabrics. The results revealed that the selected liquid dispersant 510 exhibited good dispersion performance for all seven disperse dye filters(D1—D7).The seven prepared liquid disperse dyes(D1—D7)all achieved a soaping color staining fastness of grade 4 or above,indicating that they all possessed high-washing-fastness characteristics.A comparison of the dyeing performance between the compounded high-washing-fastness liquid disperse black TWF-H 300%and the high-washing-fastness powder disperse black WECT 300%on polyester-spandex fabrics through dip-dyeing showed that,under optimal dyeing conditions(dye bath pH of 3.5-4.8 and holding at 130℃for 40 minutes,both dyes exhibited similar dye uptake and soaping color staining fastness.However,the former demonstrated superior dry/wet rubbing fastness,high-temperature water soaking fastness,and sublimation resistance.Moreover,the chemical oxygen demand(COD)value of the dyeing residual liquid was reduced by 60%-80%.When secondary dip-dyeing was conducted using the dyeing residual liquids obtained from different dyeing depths of the two dyes,the dyeing depth of the fabric dyed with the former was significantly lighter than that dyed with the latter,indicating that the former had higher utilization efficiency of disperse dyes.In summary,the optimized high-washing-fastness liquid disperse black TWF-H 300%offers advantages such as excellent washing fastness,dispersion performance,stability,and environmental friendliness,thus holding promising prospects for industrial application.关键词
