倾斜摄影技术在移民实物指标调查的应用
Application of Oblique Photogrammetry Technology in the Investigation of Resettlement Physical Indicators

Abstract
To solve the problems of low efficiency and large subjective errors in the investigation of resettlement physical indicators for hy-dropower projects by traditional manual survey methods,a new survey method based on oblique photogrammetry technology was proposed.Taking the land acquisition for the construction of Cihaxia Hydropower Station as an example,a comparative experiment was designed to quantitatively analyze the accuracy of this technology in the measurement of building and grassland areas,and evaluate its survey efficien-cy.The results show that the maximum relative errors of building and grassland areas extracted by oblique photogrammetry technology are 2.98%and 4.24%respectively,with the mean errors of 1.03%and 1.56%respectively,all of which are superior to the tolerance re-quirements specified in NB/T 10102-2018 Code for Investigation of Physical Indicators in Land Acquisition for Hydropower Engineering Construction.Compared with traditional manual surveys,this method shortens the construction period by 82%and reduces labor costs by 50%.The research results confirm that oblique photogrammetry technology can provide a high-precision and high-efficiency technical so-lution for the physical indicator investigation of hydropower projects in large-scale and complex terrain areas,and has important populari-zation and application value.关键词
