Dynamic Risk Assessment and Intelligent Management and Control of Geological Hazards

Abstract
To address the problems that traditional geological hazard risk assessment methods are difficult to reflect the dynamic changes of hazard-inducing factors in hydropower project areas and have limitations in the aspects of dual risk control and active prevention and con-trol,this study real-timely acquires multi-source data such as rainfall and deformation by integrating the space-air-ground integrated monitoring network.Based on the natural resource risk assessment algorithm,it realizes the dynamic calculation of risk index and auto-matic update of hazard zoning at the slope unit scale.A set of dynamic assessment and intelligent management and control system is con-structed to promote the application of this technology in the prevention and control of geological hazards in hydropower projects.The re-sults show that this system can significantly improve the capabilities of real-time perception,intelligent judgment,accurate early warning and efficient response for geological hazard risks,and realize a fundamental transformation from static assessment to dynamic assessment and from passive response to active prevention and control.The research results can provide key technical approaches and systematic sup-port for the modernization of the comprehensive prevention capacity of regional geological hazards,and have important application value in the hazard risk management of hydropower project areas.关键词
