86例犬库兴综合征的病例回顾性分析
Retrospective analysis of 86 cases of canine Cushing's syndrome

Abstract
A retrospective study was conducted on 86 canine hyperadrenocorticism(HAC)cases diagnosed at the China Agricultural Uni-versity Veterinary Teaching Hospital from 2024 to 2025.The median age of the infected dogs at diagnosis was 10.75 years,with Miniature Poodles accounting for 59.3%of the cases.The female-to-male ratio was 1.7∶1.The diagnosis was confirmed by adrenocorticotropic hor-mone(ACTH)stimulation test in66.7%of the cases,and the low-dose dexamethasone suppression test in 27.8%of the cases.Notably,83.7%of the cases could not be accurately classified into HAC subtypes.The ultrasonographic findings revealed bilateral or unilateral adrenal enlargement in most HAC-affected dogs,with hepatic changes consistent with steroid hepatopathy and cholestasis.Trilostane therapy(median dosage:2.16 mg/(kg·d),IQR:1.45-2.85 mg/(kg·d))effectively controlled hypercortisolism in the studied population.The present analysis may serve as reference for veterinarians in clinical practice关键词
