Application of multi-omics approaches in decoding the key economic traits of poultry
摘要
Abstract
Poultry are important economic animals that provide high-quality animal protein for humans.Omics technologies have become powerful tools for elucidating the mechanisms underlying important economic traits in poultry such as growth,meat quality,etc.However,single omics approaches cannot comprehensively reveal the functional mechanisms of living organisms;and multi-omics has shown broad ap-plication prospects in various fields such as biomedicine and agricultural production.This paper offers an overview of the omics technologies,their application of multi-omics in decoding the key economic traits of poultry,and their prospects for the challenges and future of multi-omics applications.关键词
