角果藜生物碱的成分分析、杀虫活性及其作用机制
Component Analysis and Insecticidal Activity of Alkaloids from Ceratocarpus arenarius L.

Abstract
In order to study the composition and insecticidal activity of total alkaloids in Ceratocarpus arenarius L.,a characteristic plant in Xinjiang,microwave ultrasound-assisted extraction combined with acid extraction and alkali precipitation was used to extract the alkaloids of Ceratocarpus arenarius L.The composition and content of alkaloids were determined by UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS.The insecticidal activity of Apocheima cinerarius was determined.Using acetylcholinesterase and GABA receptor as objects,virtual screening and molecular docking were used to further study the potential targets of the insecticidal activity of Ceratocarpus arenarius L.alkaloids.The results showed that the twenty alkaloids were obtained from Ceratocarpus arenarius L.,including harmine,phlorophorine,piperine and so on.Alkaloids have selective antifeedant activity,non-selective antifeedant activity and contact killing effect on Apocheima cinerarius.The contact killing LC50 value is 22.09 mg/mL.Molecular docking shows that the mechanism of contact killing may be that alkaloids can interact strongly with acetylcholin-esterase and GABA receptors,revealing their potential targets.The alkaloids in Ceratocarpus arenarius L.were extracted rapidly,and had significant antifeedant and contact killing activity against Apocheima cinerarius.The multi-target and multi-mechanism effects were of great significance to reduce the resistance of insecticides,and could be used as a potential resource for the development of botanical pesticides.关键词
