外源赤霉素对灰枣花生理特性及坐果率的影响
Effect of Gibberellin Spraying on the Physiological Characteristics and Fruit Set Rate of Jujube Flowers at Different Developmental Stages

Abstract
To study the regulation mechanism of spraying gibberellin(GA3)to improve the fruit setting rate of Huizao jujube.In this study,Huizao jujube flowers sprayed with water(control)and sprayed with 20 mg/L GA3 were used as materials to systematically analyze the flowering and pollination biological characteristics,ovary cell structure,and the content dynamics of nutrients,endogenous hormones and polyamines of jujube flowers at differ-ent development stages(yellow bud stage,sepal flattening stage,filament wilting stage,ovary enlargement stage),and to explore the correlation between each index and fruit setting rate.Spraying with 20 mg/L GA3 sig-nificantly increased pollen viability and pollen germination rate,reaching 32.98%and 23.37%,respectively,and increased by 17.62%and 9.50%compared with the control,respectively(P<0.05).The nutrient content showed a dynamic trend of'decreasing-rising-decreasing'as a whole.The content of GA3 showed a trend of'down-up-down'.Compared to the control,ABA content decreased significantly during sepal flattening(P<0.05),showing an overall trend of'up-down-up',the content of JA increased significantly in each period(P<0.05),showing an'up-down'trend.In the polyamine components,the contents of putrescine(Put)and spermi-dine(Spm)decreased compared with the control(P<0.05),while the content of spermidine(Spd)increased(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the content of JA in endogenous substances was significantly posi-tively correlated with fruit set rate(P<0.05).It is worth noting that the physiological response of jujube flowers to GA3 treatment was the most significant during the sepal flattening stage(P<0.05).In conclution,GA3 pro-motes fruit set by improving the pollen biological characteristics of jujube and dynamically regulating endogenous substances,among which sepal flattening is the critical period for GA3 to exert its effect,and JA may be involved in fruit set regulation as an important signaling molecule and is significantly positively correlated with fruit set rate.关键词
