基于果实性状的22份新疆白杏种质资源评价分析
Evaluation and Analysis of 22 Xinjiang White Apricot Germplasm Resources Based on Fruit Traits

Abstract
In order to clarify the differences in fruit traits among major white apricot germplasm resources in Xinjiang and provide a reference for elite plant selection and quality grading.The 31 fruit traits of 22 a-pricot resources were investigated and analyzed for diversity,and cluster analysis was conducted.The prin-cipal components were extracted and weighted to calculate the comprehensive score.The flesh color of 22 apricot germplasm resources at full maturity was mainly white,with the lowest diversity index of 0.405.The coefficient of variation of 20 quantitative traits,including 13 external quality indicators such as fruit size,kernel weight and kernel shape,and 7 internal quality indicators such as sugar,acid and vitamin C content,ranged from 4.64%to 70.21%.Cluster analysis divided the 22 apricots into 3 groups:large ker-nel and hard flesh germplasm,large fruit germplasm and high fruit content germplasm.6 principal compo-nents with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted by principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 78.93%.The weighted calculation of principal components showed that the compre-hensive score of Youguang Dabai was the highest.According to the fruit traits,the 22 apricot germplasm resources could be clustered into 3 groups represented by Luntai White Apricot,Kuche Xiaobai Apricot and Youguang Dabai Apricot.The comprehensive evaluation of principal components showed that Youguang Dabai Apricot,Luntai White Apricot,Late-maturing Star Apricot,Kuche Xiaobai Apricot and Dabai You Apricot were the top 5 excellent apricot germplasm resources.关键词
