基质对天山花楸幼苗生长的影响
Effects of Substrates on the Growth of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.Seedlings

Abstract
This project intends to investigate the effects of substrate on the growth of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.seedlings in the hoping of providing support for their cultivation.Using Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.seeds as experimental material,this study compared the effects of seven different substrate formulations(forest soil∶vermiculite∶perlite ratios of 10∶0∶0,8∶1∶1,7∶1∶2,6∶2∶2,5∶2∶3,4∶3∶3,and 3∶3∶4)on seedling height,stem diameter at ground level,leaf area,biomass,and root morphology of Sor-bus tianschanica Rupr.seedlings.A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(MFCE)model was em-ployed to comprehensively assess each treatment indicator.Results indicated that when forest soil∶ver-miculite∶perlite was 6∶2∶2,seedling stem diameter,leaf area,fresh root weight,fresh stem weight,dry root weight,stem dry weight,and leaf dry weight were maximized at 2.48 mm,69.34 cm2,0.92 g,0.22 g,0.27 g,0.08 g,and 0.13 g,respectively.These values were significantly higher than those in the forest soil:3∶3∶4 and 10∶0∶0 vermiculite:perlite mixtures(P<0.05).The MFCE model indicated that the substrate formulation of forest soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=6∶2∶2 yielded the highest comprehensive growth index of 0.245.The substrate ratio of forest soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=6∶2∶2 is recommended as the optimal choice for Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.seedling propagation.关键词
