Sima Qian's historical view of the nation,as articulated in Historical Records,constitutes a systematic and coherent ideological framework.It strengthens emotional ties among all ethnic groups through the notion of"shared ancestry and common descent",establishes the core value of equality via the principle of"equal standing of all ethnicities",safeguards order and stability under the concept of"Great Unity",and expands the vision of civilization with the ideal of"All under Heaven as One Family".This historical perspective resonates deeply with fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation across multiple dimensions,including historical memory,values,governance wisdom,and cultural heritage.Its embedded narratives of ethnic origin,commitment to equality,pursuit of unity,and inclusive outlook offer historical insights for contemporary ethnic affairs.In the new era,guided by the imperatives of"the Two Integrations"and"the Creative Transformation and Development of Fine Traditional Chinese Culture",the historical wisdom can be transformed into tangible drivers for enhancing ethnic identity,cultural belonging,and national consciousness.This can be achieved by establishing an education system that bridges history and reality,creating cultural products that integrate tradition and modernity,refining governance mechanisms that balance diversity and commonality,and building a communication framework that connects domestic and international discourse.Such efforts will contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and further entrench the foundation for cultivating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the new era.关键词
