Abstract
Superintelligence is evolving into a new type of giant machine—an ultimate power system with algorithms as its centralized brain and humans as replaceable components.Through the synergistic effects of control,computation,capital,and consensus,this system reshapes social power structures,leading to extreme concentration of power in a handful of technological monopolies.Thus,the greatest concern posed by superintelligence is the emergence of superpower.Addressing this challenge requires more than ethical norms and algorithmic alignment;it demands the establishment of effective political checks and balances.Mechanisms such as open-source auditing,data empowerment,democratic governance,and shared benefits can decentralize power.The ultimate goal is to achieve a paradigm shift from"AI ethics"to"AI politics,"ensuring AI empowers humanity and advances civilizational prosperity.关键词
