The Unique Advantages of Chinese Modernization:Rich Connotations and Expanded Pathways

Abstract
The Chinese modernization is a socialist modernization led by the Communist Party of China(CPC).As the only way to achieve the prosperity and rejuvenation of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Chinese modernization abandons the old path of traditional Western modernization centered on capital,and is committed to realizing the grand goal of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature,coordinated development of material and spiritual civilization,and common prosperity for all people.This unique development path not only serves as a direct explanation of the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,but also embodies the ancient wisdom and value pursuits of the Chinese nation,creating a new form of human civilization.Since the founding of New China,especially since the reform and opening-up,China has completed the industrialization process that took centuries for Western developed countries in just a few decades.In this grand and extraordinary practice,the CPC has led the entire people to successfully shape unique strengths across multiple dimensions,including political leadership,scale and size,value concepts,and development paths.Particularly in the new era,as we advance the new journey of building a strong country and national rejuvenation through the Chinese path to modernization,the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the strengths of an ultra-large market,the benefits of a complete industrial system,and the resource advantages of abundant talent have become even more prominent.This has elevated the unique strengths of the Chinese path to modernization from a simple aggregation of fundamental conditions into an organic system that mutually reinforces and progresses together.Its rich connotations are reflected in the"fundamental advantage"of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the"demand advantage"of an ultra-large market,the"supply advantage"of a complete industrial system,and the"supporting advantage"of abundant talent resources.These significant advantages interconnect and integrate systematically,collectively forming the solid foundation of the Chinese modernization.The emergence of the unique strengths of the Chinese modernization stems from our adherence to and innovation of Marxist modernization theory,the inheritance and development of the thought of China's outstanding traditional culture,and the profound summarization of the experience of over a century of modernization exploration by the CPC.It is also based on the practical needs of achieving the grand goal of building a strong country and national rejuvenation.On the new journey of the new era,maintaining and fully leveraging the unique strengths of the Chinese modernization still faces many practical challenges:the task of economic restructuring and upgrading is arduous,the coexistence of population aging and talent structural contradictions,the situation of insufficient technological innovation has not been fundamentally reversed,and the complex and severe international environment brings new uncertainties.These challenges require us to maintain strategic resolve,enhance a sense of crisis,foster new opportunities amid crises,and open new prospects amid changes.To further consolidate and expand the unique strengths of the Chinese modernization,we must firmly grasp the essential requirements of the Chinese modernization,strengthen directional guidance,focus on high-quality development,uphold the people's position,deepen innovation-driven development,expand openness and integration,and continuously open new horizons for the development of the Chinese path to modernization,thereby creating a new situation in advancing the great cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation through the Chinese path to modernization.关键词
