羊口疮病毒四川流行株B2L基因及抗原表位分析
Analysis of the B2L Gene and Antigenic Epitopes of Sichuan Strains of Orf Virus

Abstract
In order to investigate the molecular characteristics of the B2L gene of Orf virus(ORFV)prevalent in Sichuan province,the sequences and antigenic epitopes of ORFV B2L gene were analyzed based on 8 positive samples collected from goat farms in Liangshan prefecture,Meishan city and Jianyang city.The results showed that 6 sequences of B2L gene clustered into 2 distinct branches on the phylogenetic tree;8 linear B-cell epitopes,9 cytotoxic T-cell(CTL)epitopes and 4 helper T-cell(HTL)epitopes were contained in the sequences of B2L protein.Compared with domestic ORFV reference strains,the conservation of 5 linear B-cell epitopes,7 cytotoxic T-cell epitopes and 3 helper T-cell epitopes was greater than 90%.In conclusion,the ORFV B2L gene of the strains prevalent in 3 regions in the province presented genetic diversity,and its key antigenic epitopes were highly conserved.By the study,the molecular characteristics of ORFV strains prevalent in Sichuan province were enriched,and a reference was provided for future prevention and control of ORFV infection as well as development of novel vaccines.关键词
