Research on Multi-Subject Cooperation Models and Regulatory Policies for Intensified Development of Industrial Land
摘要
Abstract
Taking Shenzhen as a case study area,this paper reviews three typical models of multi-subject collaboration in the intensified development of industrial land and key regulatory strategies.The study finds that intensified development of industrial land must prioritize spatial efficiency,addressing the diverse land use demands of different enterprises.At the same time,it is necessary to clarify the synergistic roles of various subjects,including the government,industrial landholding enterprises,real estate developers,and industrial operators.To promote intensified development of industrial land,it is necessary to account for the demands of multiple subjects at different stages of industrial land use and management,carefully design the operational mechanisms and key policies for intensified development to achieve a balanced set of objectives of intensified development of industrial land.关键词
