超声血流参数联合MRI扫描用于术前诊断乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结转移、淋巴血管侵犯的效能分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of ultrasound blood flow parameters combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning in preoperative diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis and lymphatic vessel invasion in breast cancer patients.Methods:One hundred and fifty patients with breast cancer were selected.All patients completed preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination,MRI scanning and pathological evaluation.Pathological evaluation was taken as the gold standard,and they were divided into different groups.The ultrasonic blood flow parameters and MRI scanning parameters of patients in different groups were compared,and the ROC curve was analyzed.Result:Among the 150 patients selected for this study,pathological evaluation revealed 71 cases of axillary lymph node metastasis and 78 cases of lymphatic vessel inva-sion,respectively;There were significant differences in the levels of ultrasound blood flow parameters and MRI scan parame-ters among patients with different axillary lymph node metastases(P<0.05);In the preoperative diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis,the AUC,sensitivity,and specificity of ultrasound blood flow parameters and MRI scan combined examination were 0.957,83.33％and 98.59％,respectively,which were relatively high.There were significant differences in ultrasound blood flow parameters and MRI scan parameters among patients with different lymphatic vessel invasions(P<0.05);In the preoperative diagnosis of lymphatic vessel invasion in breast cancer patients,the AUC,sensitivity and specificity of combined examination were 0.980,94.44％and 94.87％,respectively,which were relatively high.Conclusion:In the preoperative diagnosis of axil-lary lymph node metastasis and lymphatic vessel invasion in breast cancer patients,ultrasound blood flow parameters combined with MRI scanning is relatively high.关键词
