Value of SWE parameters combined with serum ESR,CRP and RF levels in evaluating the therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of shear-wave elastography(SWE)parameters combined with serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and rheumatoid factor(RF)levels in evaluating the therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 due to RA were collected retrospectively.Patients enrolled were divided into effective group(n=77)and ineffective group(n=23)based on therapeutic effect.All patients underwent SWE examination and detection of serum ESR,CRP and RF levels before treatment.The value of SWE parameters combined with serum ESR,CRP and RF levels in evaluating the therapeutic effect on RA was analyzed through the multivariate Logistic regression equation the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:Before treatment,the course of disease and the levels of ESR,CRP,RF,Emax,Emin and Emean in the effective group were all lower than those in the ineffective group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that SWE parameters(Emax,Emin and Emean)and serum levels of ESR,CRP and RF were all independent risk factors for evaluating the efficacy of RA(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)and sensitivity of SWE parameters combined with serum ESR,CRP and RF levels in evaluating the therapeutic effect on RA were higher than those of their single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:SWE parameters combined with serum ESR,CRP and RF levels can improve the evaluation value of the efficacy in RA patients.关键词
