WB-DWI技术和CT/MRI在恶性肿瘤分期评估中的应用
Application of WB-DWI and CT/MRI in staging evaluation of malignant tumors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of whole-body diffusion-weighted imaging(WB-DWI)and computed to mography(CT)/magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the staging evaluation of malignant tumors.Methods:A total of 616 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were enrolled.All patients underwent WB-DWI and CT/MRI examinations.The results of clinical comprehensive diagnosis(including pathological results,laboratory mark-ers,surgical findings,etc.)were used as the gold standard to analyze the value of the two methods in the staging evaluation of malignant tumors.Results:WB-DWI examination results showed that among the 616 patients with malignant tumors,there were 155 cases in stage Ⅰ,147 cases in stage Ⅱ,209 cases in stage Ⅲ,and 105 cases in stage Ⅳ.CT/MRI examination results showed 144 cases in stage Ⅰ,155 cases in stage Ⅱ,217 cases in stage Ⅲ,and 100 cases in stage Ⅳ.The com-bined examination results of WB-DWI and CT/MRI showed 136 cases in stage Ⅰ,164 cases in stage Ⅱ,219 cases in stageⅢ,and 97 cases in stage Ⅳ.Compared with the results of clinical comprehensive diagnosis,Kappa values of WB-DWI and CT/MRI for diagnosing malignant tumors in stage Ⅳ were 0.846 and 0.716.Kappa value of combined diagnosis was 0.916.Conclusion:WB-DWI and CT/MRI are effective for the staging evaluation of malignant tumors,and the combination of the two can further improve the efficacy,demonstrating good clinical application value.关键词
