摘要

Abstract

New quality productive forces of energy(NQPE)constitute a significant underpinning for achieving energy security and high-quality development.This study established an evaluation indicator system covering four dimensions:energy science and technolo‐gy productivity,energy green productivity,energy digital productivity,and energy security productivity.It quantified the development level of NQPE across 30 Chinese provincial-level administrative regions from 2012 to 2022 and employed Moran's I to examine the spa‐tial correlation characteristics of NQPE at the provincial level.On this basis,this study used the gravity model to construct an inter-pro‐vincial spatial network of NQPE and analyzed the network's structural characteristics and influencing factors.The findings were as fol‐lows:① From 2012 to 2022,NQPE exhibited a steady growth trend,with its spatiotemporal distribution characterized by higher levels in eastern regions and lower levels in western regions.Beijing,Guangdong,and Jiangsu ranked among the leading provinces in NQPE development.② Inter-provincial NQPE showed a negative spatial correlation,dominated by a"depression-type"pattern of"low-high"agglomeration.③ Inter-provincial spatial spillover effects were significant,and the network's core was concentrated in eastern China,with Shanghai,Jiangsu,and Beijing occupying the core positions.④ Factors such as geographic proximity,data elements,government support,human capital,and the level of industrial upgrading significantly influenced the formation of the NQPE spatial network.This study expands the theoretical system of new quality productive forces and offers practical insights for advancing regionally differentiated development of NQPE.
