摘要
Abstract
With the continuous advancement and innovative application of aviation medical technology,Flying Eye Hospital,as a novel and advanced model integrating aviation technology and medical services,is progressively gaining widespread recognition and practical implementation globally. The onboard operating room, serving as the most critical core component of Flying Eye Hospital, must not only fully meet the fundamental requirements of traditional ground-based operating rooms regarding functional design, standard procedures, and safe operation but also adequately address various complex factors inherent to the high-altitude environment, such as atmospheric pressure changes, temperature and humidity fluctuations, spatial constraints, and vibrations.Consequently, establishing a set of scientific, rational, systematic, rigorous, and operable construction standards and management specifications has become an urgent and critical priority in the field of aviation medicine.By elaborating on the architectural design, equipment configuration, personnel, materials, and environmental management—among other construction standards and normative management aspects—of the operating room within the flying eye hospital, this paper aims to promote the development and implementation of standards for onboard operating room construction.Such efforts will not only ensure the safety, precision, and success rates of ophthalmic surgeries conducted in flight but also significantly enhance the overall medical experience for patients during transport and treatment.Thereby,it will lay a solid foundation for the standardization, specialization, and high-quality development of the aviation medical industry, contributing to the continuous improvement of global public service and emergency response systems.关键词
