Construction and Measurement Analysis of the Aging Talent Index

Abstract
Based on the micro survey data of aging talents from the Aging Talent Index Research Group,this paper constructs an aging talent index system,and uses the expert scoring method and the grey correlation-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a measurement and evaluation of the aging talent index in Chongqing by region,district and county,and dimension.The research finds that the total aging talent index of Chongqing is 0.95.At the regional level,the aging talent indexes of the central urban area,the new urban area of the main city,and the"two clusters"area are 1.09,0.91,and 1.00 respectively;at the district and county level,the aging talent indexes of 13 districts and counties are higher than the average level,but the overall level is low,and economic factors significantly affect the aging talent indexes of all dimensions.Further analysis shows that the willingness of aging talents to play a role is jointly affected by their own skills and the external environment,and the role of the external environment is more prominent in areas with weak skills.关键词
