Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Compound Dilong Tablets combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Liaoyang Central Hospital from March 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by lottery,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide,while the observation group was treated with Compound Dilong Tablets combined with butylphthalide.The therapeutic effects,hemorheology,neurological function indicators,inflammatory mediators and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the hematocrit(HCT),fibrinogen(FG),platelet adhesion rate(PAdR),platelet aggregation rate(PAR),and high shear viscosity of whole blood(HSV)in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the HCT,FG,PAdR,PAR and HSV in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and nerve growth factor(NGF)in both groups increased(P＜0.05),while the level of neuropeptide Y(NPY)decreased(P＜0.05),and the levels of neurological function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in both groups decreased(P＜0.05).Moreover,the levels of MMP-2,IL-1β,IL-17,TNF-α and MMP-9 in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,skin and mucous membrane bleeding,rash and headache between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compound Dilong Tablets combined with butylphthalide can improve the hemorheology and neurological function of patients with acute ischemic stroke,reduce inflammatory responses,and is safe and effective.关键词
