参葛补肾胶囊联合喹硫平片治疗抑郁症患者的疗效及对睡眠质量和神经递质的影响
Efficacy of Shen Ge Bushen Capsules Combined with Quetiapine Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Depression and Their Effects on Sleep Quality and Neurotransmitters

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Shen Ge Bushen Capsules combined with quetiapine tablets in the treatment of patients with depression and their effects on sleep quality and neurotransmitters.Methods A total of 100 patients with depression who were admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi from July 2024 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quetiapine tablets,while the observation group was treated with Shenge Bu Xin Capsules combined with quetiapine tablets.The therapeutic effects,Self-Rating Impulse Control Scale(SIOSS)scores,sleep electroencephalogram parameters,and neurotransmitter indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of optimism,hopelessness,concealment,sleep,and the total score of SIOSS between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the scores of optimism,hopelessness,concealment,sleep,and the total score of SIOSS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of awakenings,sleep latency,sleep efficiency,and awakening time between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the sleep efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the number of awakenings,sleep latency,and awakening time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of dopamine(DA),glutamate(Glu),norepinephrine(NE),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),acetylcholine(Ach),and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the levels of DA,NE,GABA,Ach,and 5-HT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the level of Glu was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of dry mouth,tremor,dizziness,and nausea between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment of depression with Shen Ge Bu Shen Capsules combined with Quisapride Tablets is highly effective.It can significantly reduce suicidal thoughts and improve sleep quality,effectively regulate neurotransmitter levels,and has good safety.关键词
