超声刀与高频电刀在乳腺癌保乳手术中的临床效果研究
Analysis of clinical application effect of ultrasonic scalpel and high frequency electrotome in BCS for breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To compare safety,efficacy and economy of ultrasonic scalpel and high frequency electrotome in breast conserving surgery(BCS)for breast cancer,so as to provide evidence of selecting surgical consumables in conducting clinical treatment for early breast cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 120 patients who underwent BCS for breast cancer at the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024.Patients were divided into ultrasonic scalpel group and high frequency electrotome group,with 60 cases in each group.A series of indicators about safety,efficacy and economy of BCS for breast cancer were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate(96.67%)of cutting performance in the ultrasonic scalpel group was significantly higher than that(68.33%)in the high frequency electrotome group,and the difference of that between two groups was significant(t=4.432,P<0.05).The difference of the incidence of complications between two groups was significant(x2=2.261,P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss,average length of hospital stay,and average operation time in the ultrasonic scalpel group were significantly lower than those in the high frequency electrotome group(t=-4.691,7.438,2.685,P<0.05).The successful rate of surgery,excellent and good rate of coagulation function,and excellent and good rate of operative performance of the ultrasonic scalpel group were respectively 100.00%,83.33%and 96.67%.The above indicators of the high-frequency electrotome group were respectively 100.00%,81.66%and 93.33%.The differences of these indicators between two groups were not significant(P>0.05).The incidences of adverse events of the ultrasonic scalpel group and the high-frequency electrotome group were respectively 1.67%and 3.33%,and the difference of that between two groups was significant(P>0.05).Comparison of per capita medical expenses between the two groups,the difference of that between two groups was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasonic scalpel can reduce the incidence of complications,intraoperative blood loss,average length of hospital stay,and average time of surgery,and it has better cutting performance.Depended on the comprehensive consideration about the safety,efficacy and economy of clinical application,ultrasonic scalpel sould be superiorly selected to conduct treatment.关键词
