Abstract
Objective To explore the remaining quantity of anesthetic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs among inpatients in a certain hospital.Methods A total of 9 211 prescriptions for anesthetic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs in the central pharmacy of the inpatient Department of Luoding People's Hospital from August 2024 to February 2025 were selected.The usage of anesthetic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs was statistically analyzed,and the remaining quantities of the drugs were also analyzed.Results Among the 9 211 prescriptions,a total of 7 277 prescriptions used anesthetic drugs,with 10 623 vials used.Among them,the one with the largest usage was remifentanil hydrochloride for injection,accounting for 38.43%,and the one with the smallest usage was ephedrine hydrochloride injection,accounting for 0.The largest remaining amount was pethidine hydrochloride injection,accounting for 46.15%,and the smallest remaining amount was remifentanil hydrochloride for injection,accounting for 0.The remaining amount was less than half.The largest was sufentanil citrate injection,accounting for 4.86%,and the smallest was pethidine hydrochloride injection and remifentanil hydrochloride for injection,both accounting for 0.The department that uses the most anesthetic drugs is the anesthesiology department,while the departments that use the least are the Second Department of Orthopedics,the Department of Infectious Diseases and the Department of Gastroenterology.The departments with the most remaining drugs or less than half of the remaining drugs are the Department of Infectious Diseases,the Department of Gastroenterology and the Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Room,with the remaining proportion all reaching 100%.A total of 1 934 prescriptions used Jingyi drugs,with 5 438 vials used.Among them,midazolam injection had the highest usage volume,accounting for 89.17%,while Esketamine Hydrochloride injection had the largest remaining volume or less than half of the remaining volume,both accounting for 13.90%.The department with the highest usage of the first category of psychotropic drugs is the critical Care medicine department,while the departments with the least usage are the Gastroenterology Department and the General First Surgery Department.The departments with the largest surplus or surplus less than half are the Gastroenterology department,the General Thoracic Surgery Department,the General First Surgery Department,the Geriatrics Department,and the fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Room,etc.,with the remaining proportion all reaching 100%.Conclusion Among the inpatients in our hospital who use anesthetic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs,the problem of drug surplus still exists.The main drugs are sufentanil citrate injection and esketamine Hydrochloride Injection.The hospital should strengthen drug management and rationally select drug specifications.关键词
