Ki-67表达水平与肺原位癌、微浸润癌与浸润癌CT征象的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of Ki-67 expression and CT features in patients with carcinoma in situ,microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between Ki-67 expression and CT features in carcinoma in situ,microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted of the pathological and CT data of 322 patients with carcinoma in situ,microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma who underwent preoperative CT examination and were confirmed by postoperative pathology.A double-blind method was used to analyze the imaging features of the tumors.The pathological degree of malignancy was analyzed,and Ki-67 expression level was detected.Spearman correlation analysis was performed between Ki-67 expression and the CT features.Results:Pathological results showed that there were 52 cases of adenocarcinoma in situ,74 cases of microinvasive adenocarcinoma,and 196 cases of invasive adenocarcinoma.There were significant differences in Ki-67 expression,tumor diameter,density,the proportions of lobulation sign,spiculation sign and pleural depression sign in patients with different malignant degrees(all P＜0.05).Meanwhile,there were statistically significant differences in the diameter,density,the proportions of lobulation sign,spiculation sign and pleural indentation sign among lung tumors with different Ki-67 expression levels(all P＜0.05).Ki-67 expression levels were positively correlated with tumor diameter,density,lobulation sign,spiculation sign and pleural indentation sign(all P＜0.05),but showed no correlation with vacuole sign(P＞0.05).Conclusions:Ki-67 expression levels were significantly correlated with the lobulation sign,spiculation sign and pleural indentation sign in adenocarcinoma in situ,microinvasive adenocarcinoma and invasive adenocarcinoma,and CT features have certain predictive value for Ki-67 expression levels.关键词
