原发性颅内血管平滑肌瘤的MRI表现及误诊原因分析
MRI findings and misdiagnosis of primary intracranial angioleiomyoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the MRI findings of primary intracranial angioleiomyoma(PIA)and analyze the causes of misdiagnosis.Methods:The clinical and MRI data of 3 PIA patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Three cases were solitary intracranial extracerebral lesions,located respectively in the subtentorial cerebellum,the cavernous sinus region and the posterior fossa.MRI mainly showed round,lobulated or dumbbell-shaped solid masses with slightly hypointensity on T1WI and slightly hyperintensity on T2WI and T2 FLAIR.Contrast-enhanced scans showed significant homogeneous enhancement in 2 cases and heterogeneous enhancement in 1 case.DWI revealed hypointensity in 1 case,with ADC value of 0.809×10-3 mm²/s.No edema was observed in the surrounding brain tissue.Conclusions:PIA lesion presents as a solid intracranial extracerebral mass with clear borders and significant enhancement on MRI.It should be included in the differential diagnosis of intracranial extracerebral lesions.关键词
